Covid-19 adviser update

7 January 2021

Everyone at Guardian would like to wish you a very Happy New Year, and we look forward to working with you throughout 2021.

The year hasn’t started the way any of us would have hoped – moving into another lockdown across the 4 nations. So we want to reassure you that we’re still open for business and will continue to service you and your clients as we always have.

All our employees have been working from home since March last year. We’ve been fortunate that the design of our business has allowed such a smooth transition to remote working; our phone lines and online services have carried on as normal throughout.

We’re working closely with all our key partners to minimise the impact of the latest restrictions. One of the biggest disruptions last year was the pause on face-to-face nurse screenings. We’re pleased that these will continue this time, in a Covid-secure way. We expect that self-isolation and other restrictions will cause some disruption, but we believe overall this will be minimal. Of course, we’ve learnt that things can change very quickly. At the moment it’s business as ‘usual’, but we’ll let you know as soon as we can if that changes.

If we can help with anything at all, please do get in touch.
